All services are provided based on agreed proposals or contracts.

Before starting any project:

• Scope
• Timeline
• Pricing
• Deliverables
   

will be shared and approved by both parties.

• Projects require advance payment before work begins.
• Milestone payments may apply.
• Final delivery is made after full payment.
   

After full payment:

• Client owns the final deliverables.
• Geartocare retains the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Client must:

• Provide required content & feedback on time
• Approve milestones promptly
• Communicate clearly
   

Delays in feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Geartocare is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Indirect damages
• Third-party service failures

Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Payments for completed work remain non-refundable.
