Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services and client satisfaction.

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation or strategy sessions are non-refundable once completed.

2. Project Payments

Because our services involve time and resource allocation:

Advance payments are non-refundable

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Partial refund may be considered only if:

Project has not been started

Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment

Refund approval is at Geartocare’s discretion.

4. Project Cancellation

If client cancels mid-project:

Payment for completed work will be deducted

Remaining unused portion may be refunded.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
