  • Clients may request a cancellation before work begins for a full refund.
  • If work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on project progress.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed projects.

2. Refund Policy

  • Consulting Services: Fees for consulting services are non-refundable.
  • Development Services: Partial refunds may be considered if cancellation occurs before 30% of the project is completed.
  • After Completion: No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are provided.

3. Modification & Scope Adjustments

  • Any requests for modifications beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

2. Delivery Process

  • UI/UX designs, software, and development projects are delivered in phases, with updates provided at each stage.
  • Clients receive project files through GitHub, Google Drive, or other specified platforms.

3. Revisions & Delays

  • Clients will receive timely updates on project progress.
  • If a delay is caused due to client-side inaction (e.g., lack of approvals), GearToCare is not responsible.

4. Mode of Delivery

  • Web Development & Design: Delivered via secure file-sharing platforms.
  • Software Development: Hosted on client-specified servers or GitHub repositories.
  • Consulting Reports & Strategies: Sent via email or cloud access.
